Why Large Amounts of Fruit Are Not Good For You

We know that fruits are packed with great nutrition, but more is not better. Fructose is a main ingredient in most fruits, and like sugar, too much too quick will wreak havoc with your blood sugar levels, causing insulin to rise rapidly and actually triggering your body to store fat. It’s best to eat fruits in small amounts throughout the day, in combination with a protein like almonds or yogurt.
